“I work from 11 AM till 11 PM. Sometimes I am on duty till 1. I have learnt to be patient and be ready to take my work in my stride. Very few people are courteous and thankful about our work. But that is the part of the game. We are taught to serve with love and patience. I work for my family. Not for someone’s comments – either positive or negative. When I am upset my family flashes in my face and I am reminded how much I need this job. That clears everything.”
