“I have two children at home and my wife is taking care of them. I work 10 hour shifts and sometimes I do back to back shifts. I get a break of 15 minutes twice a day and a 30 minute break for lunch. I move up to a 1000 times from the top floor to the ground floor in a day and it is rare when people stop and say thank you. My job is tough but I do it with a smile as it might change someone’s day.”
